Second case of Ebola confirmed in Congo

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has confirmed the second case of Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This development is coming few days after the fatal illness killed 3 people in the 19 suspected and confirmed cases in the region. European football governing body, UEFA, is set to introduce a new form of penalty shootouts in football. UEFA is looking to replacing the conventional alternating spot-kicks with the new system similar to the tie-break in tennis.
