Former AC Milan talisman,George Weah has been elected as President-elect of Liberia, West Africa Liberia’s 25th President.  The 51-year-old replaces Africa’s first female head of state, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. Manchester City’s Yaya Toure comes out of international retirement

Cote d’Ivoire’s midfielder Yaya Toure has come out of international retirement. The Manchester United midfielder who has not played for Ivory Coast since AFCON 2015 final has decided to return to Ivory Coast national team to win another trophy with the Elephants. The 34-year-old, who has over 100 caps for his country, announced his decision via Twitter on Tuesday.
