Spain 1  Czech Republic 0 – The reigning Champions kicked off their campaign on an impressive note with an impressive win over Czech Republic. At the 87th minute of the game, Gerard Pique broke down their opponent’s defence and headed a superb cross by Andres Iniesta into the net from three yards. They now join Croatia at the top of Group D.
Republic Of Ireland 1 Sweden 1 -Ireland and Sweden played a 1-1 Euro 2016 draw at the Stade de France today. Wes Hoolahan’s 48th-minute strike gave the Republic of Ireland the lead but Sweden were able to secure a 1-1 draw after Ciaran Clark scored a own goal by heading in a Zlatan Ibrahimovic cross into his net. 

Italy 2 Belgium 0 – Italy made an opening statement by scoring twice against Belgium. Giaccherini’s amazing goal and stoppage time half volley from Pelle sealed the deal and secured 3 points for Nerrazuri.
